Delete your Casheine account
Casheine: Daily Dose of Cash lets you request deletion from inside the app under Profile → Edit profile → Delete account.
If you cannot access the app, email the address below from the email account registered with Casheine. Use the subject “Casheine account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
After verification, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your Casheine profile and associated identifiers, activity history, reward history, referral information, notification records, and uploaded profile image.
Information that may be retained
Records that must be retained for fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance may be kept only for the applicable retention period and then deleted. Retained records are not used for advertising.
